Wintertime is wild boar season! This year, we're once again bringing joy to your eyes with our traditional wild boar burger—back in its ORIGINAL RECIPE. You already know this, but we're happy to say it again: the patty is made from the shoulder of wild boars from the Lüneburg Heath – freshly prepared by us every day. It also features a mix of fried mushrooms and onions, fruity-sour apple, and cranberry-chili mayo.
